Our return and warranty policy operates as follows:
· All our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year warranty.
· You can return a product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
· To initiate an exchange or refund process, please provide order details to maykefacial@gmail.com or leave a message on our website. Our customer service team will assist in processing your request.
· Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the order. After the refund is processed, you will receive a notification via email or message. Please allow 7 to 15 days for the refund to be processed.
· If a gift card, coupon, credit, or any other free gift was applied to the order and the order is returned for any reason, a refund for the gift card (or free gift) used in that order will not be possible.
· We cannot cover the costs of return shipping that you may incur during the return process, nor refund any fees that were not previously paid to us.
· If you received a faulty device, you will not be required to cover the return shipping costs.
